Guys,
today I got an electric bike to repair. The customer told me that his bike was fitted with a USED Mitsubishi outlander batteries. It worked well. But now he can ride only 10-15KM.
Once I opened the battery pack I found most of the batteries were swollen. And the battery pack is also with good BMS.
My question is how to swallow the batteries all at once. What should be the problem, can a battery like this be charged and used again with a bike?

Well, you would never want to swallow batteries of any kind, it could be fatal.

Regarding swollen cells, they are damaged, and would need to be replaced. There's no way to reverse the internal cell damage, even if you were to somehow let the gas out of them that caused the swelling.

Causes of swelling in cells vary, but include:
--Age.
--Cells used that are insufficient capability for the usage, so they're overstressed.
--Environment (heat, etc)
--Poor pack design: prismatic (brick) style cells usually require compression and a housing that keeps them that way thru both charge and discharge.
