Hello all,

First-time poster, long time lurker.

I have quite a bit of experience building electric skateboards and am building my first E-bike. Basic stats are below:

Carbon frame gravel style build with q100h hub laced to DT Swiss 545d rim, 14s2p 30q home built battery using 3d printed compression cell holders, controller TBD. Build will be very stealthy and would like to use a torque sensor, but having some trouble finding one that will fit my frame.

Setup for a 386 evo bb, and I haven't been able to find one in that width. Most seem to be 68mm.

Any recs on what might work?
Thanks,
Evan

This is the only one I have found that comes close at 84mm, think it could work?

I think that would work with Press-fit to Threaded adapters like this: https://www.amazon.com/Token-Products-Press-Threaded-Adapter/dp/B019VV2FY2
You might start to run out of threads, though, with an 86mm shell, and those adapters add a few mm on each side. It might take some part modification...

Ok so I think this will work for me, next question is there another controller that the sempu will work with? The ones that they sell are fairly expensive and would like to avoid spending that much.
