Hello friends;

I'm having trouble with the Kelly KLS8430H controller and Revolt RV120-ES engine.

I have already done all the Phase / Hall identification procedures; angle identification, etc. When I use 50V batteries the engine runs smoothly, it does what it should do (!).

But when the Kelly controller is suplly with 80V, an error occurs: Up to 800 RPM the motor runs smoothly, above this rotation the controller is lost, as if there was a saturation. :?

I believe it is some parameter of the loop control, but manufacturer Kelly has no documentation on the loop control topology. In fact, Kelly's documentation is very bad.
I've tried changing several control parameters in the Kelly software, but I did not get any results.

Has anyone ever had anything like this? Any tip is welcome. :D
Thank you.
