Troubleshooting Trek w/Bionx after battery rebuild

Hi there,

I need some help.

A few months back I got an old Trek bike equipped with a BionX kit design specifically for Trek (it got a ride+ console on it, see picture). It's a 2011 Trek 7200+ wsd. The original battery pack is an 11s3p with 40,7v. https://www.gebruikershandleiding.com/bestanden2/html/546840/bg7.webp

At first I didn’t have the charger so couldn’t check if it was working or not. I found the (very rare) right charger on a BionX facebook group but the battery pack wouldn't charge so I presumed it was dead after not being use for a very long time.

I got the battery pack rebuild by someone and I put it back together last week-end. Unfortunately I seem to have another problem since it doesn’t work. Basically I have 45.9v out of the battery pack going into the circuit board but when the battery pack is on I don't have any power out of the DB7 connector that goes on the bike. When the battery pack is off I got 29,6v out of the connector.

I can get the battery to wake up and turn on (it's bipping), the console turn on (so does the light) but it shows that the battery is empty and the picture of the bike disappears after a few second. The built in lights of the bike starts to blink and the battery bips (probably meaning that it needs to be charged). But when I plug the battery pack to charge it the charger turn on and the light goes yellow then green after 1 minute and probably stops charging at this moment (since the buzz of the charger stops).
So basically, the battery pack seems to be charged (45,9v) but the power doesn’t seem to go out of the circuit board.

I don’t really know where to start for troubleshooting this problem. Something tells me it might be the circuit board but I'd like to be sure. Could it be that the circuit board doesn't like the battery pack rebuild (with a lot more capacity 9Ah vs 4,8 Ah) ? Or something else ? Any help is appreciated.

Also I live in Montreal, if anyone around me has a BionX bike (with a flat battery pack) I could try my battery pack on another bike and vice versa to narrow the problem down.

Thanks for reading me and thanks for your help !
