My 750W Tongsheng motor failed last week with E04. The motor appeared to start fighting itself and the code E04 appeared on the Display. I couldn't find an answer to this on the web so I'm posting this to hopefully help others. The error code E04 when using the OSF software means "Motor Blocked" and is indicating that for some reason too much current is being drawn by the motor (As in the motor is Jammed!) The problem was eventually found to be due to a hall effect sensor intermittently failing. I replaced (with some difficulty) all three sensors with Honeywell SS41s and they worked fine. From reading other posts I suspect that these sensors do fail regularly. It would be very easy just to replace the hall effect PCB assembly, but it appears you can't purchase these separately.
