Tsdz3 motor not working after faulty repair

Hello, reaching out to any experts on tsdz2 or tsdz3 motor repairs, i have a tsdz3 which was serviced by a noob, in doing so he managed to get the main input neutral lead caught between the motor and housing and after a few days the motor stopped working, on opening it was obvious that the lead had earthed to the casing Something is shorted out , Im guessing its the controller, is there a way to test it, the battery input is showing 41v, this is a giant ebike from china. the display is lighting up but the motor doesnt run, checked with another motor so its not the motor, used a multimeter on the torque sensor and its changing resistance reading when i place a magnet close to it so i think thats not it, any help appreciated.

The parts on this are mostly interchangeable with the tsdz2 in the motor housing, the controller has a different housing though, and the wiring and display different.

What wire is that?
phase = fet
you can test fets, to me I think that black wire is attached to one of the three, like the red one looks to be attached to the blue.
