Tyro EV experiences?

I stumbled onto Tyro EV through Amazon. I contacted them directly to ask about a BBS02 and battery they sent me these prices in reply: Bafang 48v 750w mid-drive kit in the USA
This is the new 2016 nine Fet 3077 BBS02 motor.
Buy direct from us price: $530.00

Our 48v 16Ah battery is priced at $485.00.
A 48v charger is $31.50.
You will need two sensor cable extension cables for your recumbent at $15.00 each: $30.00

When you purchase the battery and motor together all the plugs and connectors will match.

It seems like a pretty good deal but I know nothing about this company. Has anyone had any dealings good or bad with them?

from presumably the owner, who hasn't been back in almsot a year after signing up to just plonk down that ad in the for sale section, and not contributing to the forum, there's no other posts mentioning the company that I know of.

On the plus side, when notified that just posting that something is for sale and not giving prices/etc isn't sufficient, he did post the rest of the required info pretty much immediately.
