What is this malware popup message? Blocking sites

This message comes up on my friend's cell phone when she tried to look up a Grin PDF link.

It also blocks Dailymotion, Dr. Mercola, and some other sites.

Sorry, the photo is suppossed to be inside the post, but instead a link shows up.. don't know how to fix.

God, I hope you didn't actually click on any of those downloads. That's Phishing.

It's just like the phone call that the IRS is suing you, and you should call this number and give your bank account number and ss number.

We recently fostered and weaned a couple baby Cats. OMG, baby cats crawl all over everything - I walked away from my laptop for a couple minutes with text editor open and this little kitten had managed to type out quite a long string of keyboard characters. Didn’t make much sense but obviously had a great time walking and pawing on the keyboard.

Moral of the story is that if you have young, curious pets that can get up on a laptop probably a good idea to close the clamshell. "Honey, the kitten must've clicked that link!"
