Xie Chang Controller SMPS Design

Hey Yall,

Anyone ever find a schematic for the Xie Chang controller SMPS? This switch mode power supply is so killer I would love to know how to make it.

It's so simple and useful. Has a crazy wide input range of 22v - 150v. My knowledge of transistors and making a circuit like this fails me. Was hoping someone had already figured this out.

Which Xie Chang controller are you referring to and how can you tell the switch mode power supply accepts 22V-150V (I want to learn)?
