Need fat tire for speed road

How is 1000w doing 40mph? Surely there are tires available that don't require an entire wheel build. Seems a bit extreme to suggest moped wheels, when a quality tire is the most obvious, and reasonable solution

Aerobic Cruiser hub gear repair or replace

I have 2 complete sets of internals for a Mac. If that is what you have. I broke both cases, so they are wasted here. One 10turn, one 8. Both have new halls, temp sensors, Grin 12g motor wires. I'd be happy to sell them, or just a set of gears, if your interested. On the other hand, if you are...

Aerobic Cruiser hub gear repair or replace

Didn't the Aerobic cruiser have a Mac motor? I got a prototype that Asi used to test the motors/controller. They donated it all to the local recyclshop, and I got 2 new Mac's, a badc1000 controller, cycle analyst, 36v 32ah battery, throttles, brakes etc. Total cost $100 Canadian. I built this.

    upp battery bared

Not custom, I'm not certain of the build date. I bought it about 3 yrs ago? They stopped offering the 9p,pack immediately after i bought mine. Might have been old stock? It had 35e cells, made a nice door stop. Lol

    upp battery bared

My pack had thin plastic panels barely stuck to the cells, and crappy, brittle shrink wrap. No real protection. As to glueing the cells, my Em3ev 14s 9p triangle pack, was glued. It came without cell fusing, and died a quick death. At least it cost $1500 Canadian! I had a small pack from them...

Finally built my monstrosity of a 14s10P pack!

Here's a pic of an opened pack. The series connections are about 5mm of .01 nickel. Should make decent fuses!

Finally built my monstrosity of a 14s10P pack!

I bought 14 of those same packs, the cases are easy to use and hold the cells very securely. Bolting them together should be fairly simple too. The problem is, these packs are intended for very low current, and built to suit. They need the series connections beefed up to extract any real power...

    upp battery bared

Yup, they are identical. I've just added 0.15 nickel to the series connections on one side, took a half hour. Love my Kweld! I'll finish after supper, solder some tabs on a piece of 10g, and call it a day. The bms plug is even the same size, that never happens for me. Lol

No AW, I won't be disassembling this pack. Lol. I have a 14s20p pack being assembled. I did however test each cell group, with a 6 amp load, and though I've misplaced the numbers, they were, for all intents, exactly alike, and slightly over spec, capacity wise. After charging, and sitting a...

    upp battery bared

Hi folks, . I bought this cheap battery last year and have been concerned about its construction. It is not as bad as id imagined. Welds are good, solder well done, series connection to every cell, neat wiring, nice. It is poorly protected, but that is easy to remedy. Also the...

    Dropouts bent or normal?

If they're steel, weld, or braze, a washer to fill the "lawyer lips". Cut the axle slot a bit narrow, then fill the wide part of the dropout with weld. File to precise fit. Make certain left and right slots are aligned.
