    It will tell you how much energy goes back into a cell. If you charge very slowly 0.5 amps it will get you within 5%. Not the most practical for testing purposes, but It is a tool than can be used to compare cells.

    I believe those chart ratings need to be revised there is no mention of strip length. Usually strips lengths between cells are pretty short I bet most packs can pull many times these ratings without heat issues. Maybe Justin will perform some testing on this some day.

    You owned up to your mistakes I can respect that. I'm guessing you did your full capacity tests then built your pack with virtually no energy left in them because you should of had a plasma event when you dropped that bad connection on the cells. I'm guessing one parallel group being shorted...
