    Conhismotor controller issue, need advice

^ That says there is a throttle and controller issue. Likely means the controller is busted, or the throttle shorted, which means controller and throttle need attention. Would get a new controller and throttle to test.

    Conhismotor controller issue, need advice

Check the resistances between each phase wire, so like between green and blue, blue and yellow, and green and yellow. Do this on the controller, with the controller and motor disconnected from eachother. This will show a shorted mosfet if there is one. Next step is to get a Lyen tester to check...

    1.5 kw bulk charger

 for $120 one can build a 150V 7A charger from 3X S-350-48 units, or spend $240 on 6X S-350-24 units for 150V 14A. I can source a quality 150V 10A charger shiped to your doorstep for less than BMS battery if you want that.

    1.5 kw bulk charger

GNG can take 150V? ok then. Use S-350 PSUs in series, can be found on ebay and aliesxpress for $40 each. What is your final charge voltage?

Any Fresh High Quality SLAs Out There?

20C discharge Turnigy RC LiCo cells, 20xAh yields the dicharge Amps. So 200A. My battery is 88V 15Ah so it can do 300A, but I use 60A. It's likely your batteries are amiss. I think it is possible to do what you described at the prescribed Wh, under good conditions.

Any Fresh High Quality SLAs Out There?

The peukert effect causes EV SLA batteries to deliver 50% capacity so you'll only get ~7.5Ah from a 15Ah SLA before LVC. I don't think you;ll find very many people to answer your question, i could put together a fully loaded 29.6V 10Ah lipo battery for under $200 incl bulk charger and all wires...

Any Fresh High Quality SLAs Out There?

    Distance seems abour right for 24V 15Ah SLA, there's only a useable 7.5Ah so that's a mere 180Wh. At 8 miles, that makes 22.5Wh/mi.

Golden / Cohnis Motor Maximum Power?

Yeah it's mostly pointless, even the 12g i have sticking out of my motor does not get warm. 10g turnigy is great beccause it can fit 4mm bullets. what power are you running?

Upgrade phases are such a huge improvement, even just 10g outside.

    Cheap and reliable battery pack?

I'm sure you could make a BMS with 3.x cutoff. I don't think opening the packs is particularly worth it unless you run 5Ah w/ BMS, or disassemble the packs to solder them in parallel correctly and use BMS, or just want to save space.

Golden / Cohnis Motor Maximum Power?

The stock connectors and wires are poor, easiest upgrade is to cut the phases down to near the axle, and solder 10AWG Turnigy wire to the remaining wires, then connect the 10G to the controller with 4mm gold bullets.

Best throttle for brake covering while giving throttle?

huh? my thumb throttle is on the right hand, which is rear brake lever. The rear wheel has a very small amount of braking power compared to the front which has it's lever basically always covered.

    Cheap and reliable battery pack?

they include the connectors and wires, you have to hook all your hobby JSTs in parallel then manually connect their loose connector wires. Too bad we cant find someone to make custom BMS connectors so we can buy Methods parallel boards that can just use his jumpers to reach the BMS, no fuss over...

    Cheap and reliable battery pack?

Yep the hardcases are the best price on RC lipoly in the world. Bestech BMSs have been praised but I'm sticking with non-BMS bulk charge and manually balancing every 50 cycles. http://bestechpower.com/

    infineon running HOT

Yes but phase amps can still go quite high. Startup will eat battery and heat controller unless you pedal first then accelerate very slowly until Xrpm where it gets smooth.
