    I have only ridden my packs down to 3.75 volts. I have never had to push them farther. The controller will shut off around 18-19 volts depending on what it was set it. You can change this with a GoProgrammer but they are nearly impossible to find these days

    You can buy several packs of lipo cells that will last you 2000 cycles for less than the price of both of those systems. And then you won't need to worry about discharge rates. Running the discharge rate near the maximum will greatly bring down the life of the batteries

    I have a thought on airflow. If you only have one fan in one hole, you are just going to push hot air around the hub. Vent holes are too small for that fan to blow directly through.
