    Rear hub for TDSZ2 - need recommendation

    I only got a few hundred miles on my TDSZ2 build before the freehub body seized up. It's a used Shimano FH M475. LBS thinks maybe the torque from a mid drive was too much and says the M475 is not a particularly strong hub to start with. I'm wondering what others have used on their builds.

    EM3EV 3-speed switch - configure for presets?

    Does anyone know if I can re-configure my 3-speed switch to select presets vs proportional limits? I have an older battery that I'd like to have a completely different mode for: lower speed limit AND lower max-watts or max-amps. Oh yeah, I have the CA V3.

    Mac 10t noise during free spin

    My Mac 10t has started making a sort of tick-tock noise during free spin. Almost musical. Not at high speed or very low speed but sort of in the middle. It has about 5000 miles on it. I replaced the clutch last Spring and it has been running great since ... until now. Any ideas?

    Configuration and operation of the CA V3 with two batteries

    I just received a new battery from em3ev and I need to configure the CA V3 to be able to switch back and forth from the old to the new. Not quite seeing where that procedure is detailed in the user's guide. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks

    Popping sound

    I have a Mac 10t with a 36V em3ev framepack battery, 6 fet controller. and CA V3. We are in our 3rd year and now have ~2700 miles on the bike. I have been running the max PAS speed at 23 mph and the max PAS watts at 800. I occasionally get this noise from somewhere and I'd like to diagnose it...

    running CA setup utility on linux

    Wondering if anyone has this working. I installed v1.05 on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. supl.bin is in the data subfolder with execute permission. I got the proper cable from ebikes.ca. Linux can see the cable according to lsusb. When I try to get settings off of the CA the select com port dialog box...
