    Special sprocket source ?

Hi everyone! I'm converting a Doodle bug to electric and looking for a sprocket for my brushless motor... the one that came with it is a size 420 chain, 9T for 14mm shaft with a 5mm key. Thickness of the sprocket is 11mm. Looking for the same thing but for a #35 chain ! Could be a 10T, 11T or...

Getting the best chainline with the bbshd

It is aluminum. My local bike shop intalled it like 2 or 3 years ago and its been great since then and so far it is a torq monster with no issue. I'll try to get a picture of the other side showing which brand/model it is.

Getting the best chainline with the bbshd

Thanks to everyone for the inputs and Overclocker for the cassette model. I did find locally a CS-H300 9spd 12 to 36t so I was able to mix it with my existing cassette and space using 3 gears behind my granny 42t gear! Works like a charm now! Chain line is still a bit off but so far so good, no...

Getting the best chainline with the bbshd

Sorry amigafan2003 I'm not sure how I can to this since the gears are riveted to the cassette. If you have some pics or a link I can see how it is done... sorry, total noob on these since this is my first build. g725s the Luna Eclipse won't fit on my bike since the Lekkie is like 1mm from...

Getting the best chainline with the bbshd

Hi Guys! Currently using the 42t Lekkie bling ring for the bbshd on my Norco Bigfoot 6.2. My chain line is too wavy to be able to use my granny gear. I know I’ve seen some people swapping gears on the rear cassette and spacing to compensate… I’ve took apart my rear cassette and the first 3 or 4...

EM3ev MAC motor for fat bikes !!

First off, I don't know if this was posted before but I don't think it was by Paul's comments. Paul is now carrying custom made MAC motors for fat bikes with dropouts ranging from 170-185mm. A little background on this finding... I was looking for a stealth and light install for my Norco...

New blog dedicated to BBS02 and fatbikes / 100mm BBS02 kit

I was about to pull the trigger on the BBS02... then realized that you are left with a 44, 46, 48 and 52 teeth chainwheels... I cannot imagine myself pedaling up a steep trail when it takes all my pocket change on the 22T if I have no more battery LOL

Norco Bigfoot 6.2 ? Which way to go?

Well I'm ditching the idea of using the bbs02 on my bike. I want to be able to use all the existing gears to pedal like a normal bike when not using the motor. Looks like I'll be on the hunt for the best geared rear hub motor.
