    Yes, Mac8T, I certainly don't have miles of climbs, but with 2000W (peak) it goes over 35km/h, I have fun, I had to lower the amps, it was too powerful.

    It depends: I am light (60kg) and I ride fast ( climb steep) (bike 17kg without battery), with 1500W (wheel 20).

    Not always a fast bike costs a lot (I'm light), with a full folding (2011), and from 2012 45-50km/h, also battery (from 2012) 14kg. (I had to learn and do things myself).

    I quote the recommended calculations above. I have 1500W battery and I do maximum 60km, you have to calculate even a 20% unused (1500W= 1300W). I recommend placing the battery under the center forward.

    I'd load the 12 individually a few seconds or minutes to see what it does. if that's all you got, maybe a 5v mobile phone charger. Careful not to exceed 4.2v. So you can see that the bms isn't faulty. load in a safe place to avoid fire.

    I think that after 3 or 4 unloaded charges it will normalize, if charged up to at least 4v is fine, the difference is minimal. In my opinion, I wouldn't do anything, just sometimes the balance. You use it for ebike?
