Building a friction drive to help velomobile get up to speed

Hi

I aim building an friction drive to help me accelerate my velomobile.

The question i have is what motor to use?
I will run on 8s lipo and top push speed should be between 45km/h and 50km/h.

Going to use an 8s lipo 150A continius sensored/sensorless mode ESC. (Not have bought it yet).

Do you intend to use the outside of the motor (outrunner) on the tire, and what diameter is your tire?

I probably going to use the outside of the motor. The rear tire is an 40-406 tire. But tire diameter does not affect top speed. Top speed depends on load and motor rpm and motor diameter.
