Cycle analyst resets under load.

I need some help as this issue is frustrating me...

So basically as I turn the throttle the bike start going however when I've twisted the throttle half way the cycle analyst (v3) reboots cutting power to the motor. I've checked all connections and everything looks ok.

My setup is:
Lyen 12 fet sensored controller
Crystalyte hub motor 3504
48v 15ah headway batteries
Cycle analyst version 3

I went ahead and bypassed the CA and the bike works perfectly. Now I'm sure the issue is the cycle analyst. I have the latest version however, when I plug in the ca to the computer the software doesn't detect the ca's installed version. Is that normal?

Are you getting a lot of voltage sag?
What's the value of your LVC on the CA?

No voltage lag. My low voltage cutoff is 41v.

As in what voltage do you see on the display WHILE throttling hard at low speeds drawing max power output.

I think the CA has 2 values too.
One is an LVC that cuts throttle but keeps CA on, and one is shutdown volts which shuts the CA down.

the CA shutdown value is set at 11V.
