How do you get the correct cad file for your dirt bike?

ive been planning a 2009 crf450 electric conversion, and the only frame i can find a cad file for is a 2006 crf250, ive seen the conversions in the emotorcycle build threads and they all seem to have the correct cad file for their frame, where can i find one for my bike?

If you can't find it, it's probably because it doesn't exist.
You could take a few critical measurements and draw it in cad or 3D scan it.
