LightningRods mid drive kit - Iron Horse Sunday

After a few rides with the new improvements the chain tension held much better than the original configuration but still I head to close the tensioning screws ones in a while.
A second series of improvements is needed,
So this time I replaced the three M5 100mm screws with six M5 12.9 grade short screws, that way the fastening force is much greater hoping this will solve the problem for good.

The blue plastic is a stiff plastic with aluminum hose that I sliced in the middle and placed on the motor case to prevent from the tensioning screw from notching the motor case.

I took this opportunity and prepared a final version of the aluminum spacers and replaced the preliminary spacers, this should increase the contact area of the lower sheets.

When-ever I take a series of pics, I immediately make a copy of the folder they are in to preserve the originals, then I crop and size the second set to roughly 600 X 400. That has worked well so far.
