Anyone who knows any quality front hub motors 24V 250-500W adapted for rollerbrakes? 100 mm dropouts. Have tongxing, byt they are to frail.

Kind regards.

Thanks for the advice!

I did mail them and they only have 36V-system for rollerbrakes. :(

So?
The 36V is rating of speed @ 36V, it doesn't mean it can't be operated @ 24V.
All that matters is you end up with the motor speed range you want @ 24V.
Look at the speed ranges available w/ the 36V motors and calculate what they will be @ 24V.

Ok - I learn a lot here. Can you hint me on how to do that? Best regards

24 volts / 36 votls = 2/3 = 0.666

So a 36 volt motor that will go 30 km per hour would have a speed of 0.666 x 30 KPH = 20 KPH at 24 volts.

201 rpm is 15 mph in a 26" wheel. A 328 rpm 36v one will do about 16 mph at 24v, though a 24v battery can be as high as 29v when fully charged, so closer to 19 mph.
