recommendation for a magnet maker?

hi..
does anyone know of a magnet manufacturer that can create custom arc shaped magnets, but my the gazilions, but maybe a few 20?

i'm trying to experiment with a 3d printer and reverse engineer the magnet i have (cause it was broken) the black part on the right is the plastic part i've created
on the left is the magnet i already got from one manufacturer, which may not precise enough (there's a gap of around 0.5 mm , i may use jb-weld on it, i may not)

so i'm looking into other options.

Custom magnets are super expensive. They have to make a die to press the shape you want. It is only cost effective if you want hundreds of them.
Much better to find one the right shape from stock.

define expensive , this one cost me 1.6 a piece.

i don't believe i'll ever find the right shape.

Varies depending on the complexity of the shape, but something like $5,000 for the first magnet.
