anything remotly powerfull would need a huge amount of solar panels to run, and at a higher speed either the solar panels or the bike itself would, most likelly, start flying...now a flying electric scooter would be something I'd like to see 
left alone the safety issues with making something like that road legal
now moldable solar panels on the farings, in a very sunny place, might contribute to some charging when parked all day long but also to extra weight...in the end it might be something like regen, very nonconsensual decision
