Hi guys,
I live in Chile and this is my latest build that went through several modifications. Recent upgrades include Shinko 241 17x2.75 tires and Rock Shox Boxxer coil fork.
Probably the fastest and most powerfull ebike in this country :D
I had a 15kw bike with several of these components and waterproofing on EBB frame, but unfortunately my 22s10p 20r battery caught on fire while attempting to ride it at 200a battery, that destroyed completely my brand new Adaptto max-e, RS Domain fork, front tire and all plastic covers and paintjob of EBB frame, therefore for now this bike has a small battery and is turned down to 4,5kw. But it still has some punch and the handling is simply awsome.

These are the parts used now:
Crystalyte Crown TC80, laced in 17 inch moped rim, front wheel 17 inch moped rim as well, dmr revolver 36h front hub
Sony VTC5 22s2p+V3 konion 22s3p (around 85-90v), no BMS, charge to 4.1v per cell. 120mm high flow cooling fan on top of the battery and temp probe installed to monitor battery temp, stays within 30-45ºC range
Lyen stock 24fet 4110 controller (Infineon), programmed to 50a battery 110a phase, 4,5kw acceleration
Zombiess throttle tamer, very usefull for smooth takeoffs
CA V3, 3 speed switch, ignition key, half twist throttle
ebrake levers, left for brake signal light, right lever activates 2nd ebrake setting (strongest), letting off throttle 1st, softer ebrake setting
Tires: Shinko 241 17x2.75 front/rear
moped tubes and dyna beads for auto wheel balancing
Front and rear mudguards, front is Honda NSX moto I think, had to heat it up to make it fit the fork, rear from http://www.mudhugger.com
2012 Rockshox Boxxer tripple crown coil suspension fork
FOX DHX RC2 rear shock 216x53mm with 600lb spring
Avid bb7 203mm front and rear 203mm rotor disk brakes
Sixpack racing Kamikaze DH stem and Menace 730mm handlebars
Ergonomic grips
2x Yinding dual led bicycle headlights with independant battery (8.4v), taillight strip with brake signal and rear turn signals, motorcycle horn
Serfas Cruiser comfort seat (one of the softest and most comfortable bicycle seat ever!)
kickstand from Arthur
38 tooth chainring, 11-32 rear 7sp freewheel (only 5 gears usable 11-21), shimano sora rear derailleur
Top speed 70 km/h on fresh charge in warm weather at 120% throttle, normal cruising 50-60kmh
Range 12km at full 100% throttle

Future upgrades:
20s16p battery, probably 25r and Adaptto Max-e

GREAT fun!!!
