and as we approach the end of our lease at 950 Powell Street we're pretty much bursting at the seams. What seemed massive and spacious 5 years ago is now a big constraint.

I don't see the point of that high of a ceiling for working on fine electronics, it looks like they are missing an office section? And isn't a warehouse like that difficult to heat all year?
