ASI BAC 4000 only spins backwards - Sur Ron

Hello,
I just received my asi bac 4000 from ERT for my Sur Ron. During auto motor tune the wheel turns correctly. However, after saving to flash the motor makes some strange noise when pulling the throttle. But it is not moving the wheel. (Ofc I aclibrated the throttle values, too)

When I change the motor phases, the motor calibration spins the wheel backwards AND then it is also possible to spin the motor with the throttle. But it spins backwards. So strange.

Has anyone the same issue or an idea ?

PS.: Does anyone know where I can get the login data for the Bacdoor app?

the login data would come from the seller of the item, but i don't know if that will happen. there may be help in this thread
