26 cycles & 380 miles... One charger failed and replaced with no hassle. Both batteries performing as expected all cells balancing correctly each charge. Another attaboy for Li Ping!

Yup "At-A-Boy" for Li Ping! 13 cycles / ~200 miles on em now & all is well.

I can share from recent experience, dealing with Ping directly. He will honor warranty if there is a problem. I am perfectly comfortable recommending him.

Those square devices look epoxy dipped, one might guess thermistor, but I have never seen one in that shape. Screams ceramic capicitor, but I doubt that.. or maybe they are ceramics used for noise suppression if the BMS is vulnerable to trash from the controller.

The defective equipment has been returned & I received a refund (including shipping) promptly. The new & replacement batteries have 6 or so cycles on them & are performing as expected. The cells are staying very well balanced, all channels of the BMS shunt within a minute of each other and...

Here is where I stand; the replacement (2nd) 60v 15ah is in good order so far. After a couple hours of charging all cells have come up to voltage & all channels of the BMS go into shunt (LEDs are lit). The new 60v 10ah is likewise in good order. One of the new chargers operated for ~20 mins...

The reference I was making to "dissasemble" was with regard to using it as a disconnect. I expect tools will be needed to "install"

Stuck back at work for the moment, I'm gonna bet I will find a filter cap blown open or maybe an output transister but the charger was still "lit" so I am betting cap, we shall see when I return to diagnose. Any takers for a transistor?

I just heard a loud pop from one of the batteries or chargers both chargers are hot though one more than the other....the saga continues...

I just received the replacement battery & the additional one purchased. They are both on the chargers (this time with good fans) as we speak. I will report more later.
