printed one in Winbo Petg and it doesn't make a noise.
my belts are htd5m-15mm wide belts. from alibaba and made of fiber reinforce rubber. maybe different setup to yours.
Cheers

3d printed motor mounts are fine for prototyping and to prove an idea. but it's best to move onto aluminium quickly after that,
I don't want a motor mount letting go at 40km/h.
Wheel pulleys are absolutely fine to be 3d printed. i have 100's of km clocked on printed pulleys and apart from a few...
Having issues compiling the new code on windows 10.
downloaded from every source you have and always the same issue. i'm not the full bottle on arduino code so i'ts a bit over my head.
Arduino: 1.0.6 (Windows NT (unknown)), Board: "Arduino Nano w/ ATmega328"

I'm based in Australia. But I'll gladly take one off your hands. Pm me the cost and I'll sort it out.
I may do a run of these boards myself. What's the best way to go about ordering 10 or so?
I'll be using them in skateboards would there be a way to make them even more compact. While still...
Any more progress with these switches izeman?
How do you find their longevity?
I'm looking at making something similar for isolating the battery packs on electric skateboards.

These would be my suggestion for ease of design.
If someone can send me the dimensions of a trampa truck with the square hangers I can knock up a design and mill it out of aluminium and send it off. I don't have a mountainboard at this stage and the funding is too low to go buying one. :)
No worries at all man.
I'm just stating the facts :) my stuff will get you going. but may no be the rolls Royce version haha :P
all good, I'm just stoked if it helps people get rolling.
If you use the outer spacer from the voodoojar's design it will work with my design. mine is just a pulley for the drive side. the kegel wheel holes remain the same.
voodoojar's deign is more refined than mine. my 3d modeling experience is fairly limited in that regard. i make functional items...
