    Seized BBS01

The frame is aluminium. I dont think I greased the threads in the frame. I greased all the bolts, and the threads for the lock-rings. All the bolts and the lock-rings was easy to remove. But the motor unit just wont move at all. I'm not sure if seized is correct, its just stuck :)

    BBS01 error 7

I'm excited to hear how it goes with a new controller. I'll try to debug with a multimeter and see if I get any results. I don't mind buying a new controller if I only have good reason to believe that this is the solution. I also have a damage in the insulation on the green wire. But I think I...

    BBS01 error 7

I have a BBS01 showing error 7 (over voltage protection). I've checked the battery with a voltmeter and can not find any fault with it. I've also tried with contact spray on the plugs. In addition to errors 7, I've also gotten error 30 (bad connection). And some messages I do not know what is...

    Programming the Bafang Middrive BBS01+BBS02

I went for this one: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/8fun-bafang-center-motor-middle-drive-motor-kit-reprogram-cable/1998539445.html Probably more expensive; but without the risk of destrying the controller. It worked well for me :)

    Programming the Bafang Middrive BBS01+BBS02

Even if assist is set to 100% of "current limit"(15), which allows a 36V250W engine to provide 540w? In a long steep hill where I can not get above the road speed limit? And "Keep Current 100%"... If not: how hard can I push a 250w engine in long steep hills, when I always pedal above 60 rpm...

    Programming the Bafang Middrive BBS01+BBS02

If I set "keep current" to 100%. Is this 100% off the active assist level, or the "limited current"? On a BBS01 36V250W with "limited current" 15A. If the highest assist level is 47% and "keep current" 100%. Will this limit my engine to 250W? so I will not have any overheat issues on a 4km...
