Wouldn't it be easier to just make the whole upper clamp the same shape as the bolt clamp so only two parts need to be made for one tab connection?     Does these cell need to be compressed like ex. thundersky cells or is okay to just build a box that fit the cells but with maybe 0,5-1 mm of air at the end of a cell stack?

    Dunno what is the most lethal but AC is in my opinion more dangerous because you got the neutral in the ground unless you are working on a isolated output. At least with DC you normally need to touch two conductors.

    For 3000$ you can probably get a cba 3 and 4 amplifiers for 2000W testing.

    What are you getting for Christmas?

    1 week holiday on Tenerife with the family and extremely poor weather, had one day of light sun. On top of that no one would rent me a motorcycle because I'm under 23. Renting a car no problem, insurance companies are strange :(

    Hehe the passive houses I'm working on on the job use less than 500$ a year on heating :P Okay we never have -20C more like +3 to -5C in the winter and a average yearly temp of 8C.

    Yeah I got the ev lite very easy to do. I dont think the controller limits at 100A the evlite can read the amp draw and it tops at 230A at acceleration. Dual agnis would be cool but the gear, differential and motor is all in one unit. Differential and gear is in one side(left) and a axle...
