    After a long time, I managed to fix my freewheel crank. It is the 'DICTA' version, not the CSK sprague version (thank god). So I changed the freewheel with ACS one. It fits perfectly, From eclipsebike.com in UK, 18GBP shipped to Australia! Great price and service...

    Well after 3+ years the first major malfunction :( On my way to work my crank freewheel finally failed. It now does freewheel BOTH ways. Lucky my battery was full and I simply throttle home :D Thanks for the tip re: pressed sprague clutch. I will try to dissasemble this tomorrow.

    That's not good. My V2 crank developed intermittent "jam". If it's the same design as V3 then it may not be replaceable.

    Problem: Intermittent connection after long use. In my case it started after >2 yrs, so I suppose this is normal wear/tear or dirt. Solution: Spray WD40 from the front of the switch. Avoid spraying the electronics. A more elegant solution would be to replace the switch, as it looks generic...
