    e-Rider 5000w Scooters in Australia

I've been riding my Erider TD5 8000w scooter from Eric since 2011. I've now got around 24,000km on it and the bike still runs perfect. I now get about 43Ah out of the original 50Ah battery pack. The only thing I've had go wrong is bald tires and a blown blinker. I still use this bike everyday to...

Hi everyone. I live in Canberra and I'm looking at getting either a 5000w or an 8000w electric scooter from a company called "eRider" in Melbourne. I am wanting to know if anyone has bought or test ridden one of these scooters. They run on 87v (24 LifePo4 cells) and have 60Ah cells. The...

Australia - resources for e-bikes, kits and parts

That's odd. I bought my 36v 500w kit from him back in 2009. I drove to albury and paid cash and I've now done 4158km. The speed controller blew up, he replaced under warranty, speed controller wires melted, I replaced with a good Kelly controller. But as for the motor, I have been pushing...

    Aussie Role Call

I can vouch for that!! I met Philistine and rode his ebike with the Nuvinci hub and even the 960w Cyclone FAR OUTPERFORMED my 1200w cyclone with gears. Up a steep hil near his house, I was stuck in 2nd on my 1200 cyclone ebike at 29km/h, with his 960w cyclone with nuvinci I slowly kept twisting...

whats your speed MPH - KmH, Range and Bike

Holy Moly!! I would kill for that fuel economy!! My 500w front hub I average about 18wh/km on a fantastic eco run (36v30Ah) And i can only get 28wh/km on my 1200w cyclone kit (48v25Ah) Maybe it will get better as I lose the weight, I'm nearly double your weight at the moment.

Hi Kentlim, I'm no lightweight at 120Kg but that 72.3Km/h is caught on my iphone as a video but that is ONLY down a long hill. Slight hill but nice and long. Manufacturers/Dealers to Gravitate Towards

In my experience here are my findings. PING - Now 4000km, 165 cycles, 12 months and 2 bikes later, my 36v 30Ah pack still puts out 29.95Ah! VERY RECOMENDED CONHISMOTOR - I took a gamble on their cheap LiFePo4 battery and after 500Km, 14 cycles and 2 months it has the lowest voltage sag I've...
