    I'm sorry, but I would have to disagree. The market for safe chemistry high power cell modules is growing daily. And K2 cells are not 2.5 times the $$$. Can you build a 10P 24S small module from Calb? No, but K2 Energy cells match the A123 M1 cells and can be built in any configuration.

    The data supplied by K2 Energy has been verified by many third party testers, including Elithion. In regards to twice the AH you can parallel two 73AH K2 modules and create the same weight, same AH, but the K2 Energy modules would have twice the power! Calbs do not match-up to K2 Energy.

    Just curious guys, Vicpower Chinese A123 cells have been proven to be rejects and puff/ leak on many applications, why are you still wasting your money? The DIY Forum did a complete Thread on damaged Vicpower cells, most will fail in time.

    The Haiyin cells can give you a burst rate of 65C, but the sag is the problem. I would like to keep my sag no lower than 3.3V per cell, so at 250amps per cell I get 3.3volts.

    Yes, you are correct. We can pull 300amps per cell safely with a 3.3v sag. So, we know now that a 3000amps battery pack will deliver 3.3 volts per cell. Our new design for 2013 is two smaller pack for each Shiva, most likely 10P 65S each pack. :lol:

    Very little, pack is stiff. Temps only rose to 35c to 40c after each run. The EMUS BMS worked flawless! Will be getting data at EVCCON, they back to the track at full power. :shock:

    Yes, I can video tape the BMS Monitor screen which will allow me to see each cell's voltage and each cell's temperature. Will try this Monday or Tuesday. Our first drag race will be this Saturday at Lebanon Valley Dragway.
