    Battery is ok and 72v. When connecting to controller there is spark as usual. If you have adaptto can you check if halls get 5v when display is not plugged in? I will obviously open it up but i dont know what to look for. Maybe someone had simmilar issue before? Thanks

    You can set regen at 1-2C with no problem with li-ion. It is only 1 second spike in most cases. I would only be concerned if downhill with it for 5 minutes, but even this would not damage the pack for sure.     Thanks for very informative answer :D , the mosfets in this configuration handled about 35 000 weld pulses but recently i started to weld while charging lead-acid battery and voltage was little higher than always, maybe that's what lead to failure. Gate resistors are 82 ohms (820 marking on them).
