    BBS02B controller.

    it wont fit...but you can use it lol its just different ratios or parts is all from the main motor unit plus you will get 30amps... instead of 25amps. you can buy a new bbs02b controller on aliexpress if you want perfect fit and no hassle.

    Bafang BBSHD Vibration Problem

    Hey was wondering if you fixed this problem, im having the same issue on gear 5 with my bbs02b motor and it vibrates on high stress or hills or speed. it feels like could be the pinion or a bearing? :L happened when I regreased it with mobil.

    1000w 60v trike help with battery's please

    Id say for sure get a battery with more Ah for it to not hit 48v as fast, also to not voltage sag too, since your battery is old old. 60v batteries are less uncommon then 72v or 52v but you should be able to find them for a reasonable price.

    Could be your display firmware lol, I know mine can cause communication issues if I use the stock dpc18 vs the luna cycle one. But maybe you should mod the controller for more power with beefing it up mosfets and the busbar or replacing it with a bac 800 controller.
