I believe version 2 of the sw102 has the pads on the other side of the board. See this post https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=93818&start=6625#p1690344

Motor Controller with Customizable Electronics, easy DIY and repair OpenSource

All the more reason to switch to the black pill. According to hacakaday, it's now hard to get a blue pill with a genuine ST chip and if any of the FOC code is based on ST libraries, they are not licensed to use on counterfeit chips. See the article here...

FLIPSKY new 20s 100A tiny controller (vesc based)

I don't care about the software that came in it. It's already been shown it is easy to change. To me this topic was about whether or not this "tiny" controller would live up to its advertised specs. Even at half the amperage the controller is a bargain. I'd like to see some more real world...

KT motor controllers -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for BMSBattery S/Kunteng KT motor controllers (0.25kW up to 5kW)

Just get a male din for the uart and plug it in. Or just use bare wires. Until you run the diagnostic mode and see what the controller is actually doing, you're just blind guessing. You don't know for sure its the x4 input. You don't know for sure its actually max output. And I'll bet if you...

They don't make any claims about battery current or motor current. Just 100A continuous current and 120 amps max current. Note it is on sale for 84 USD and the moment.

That would be an LM5161 and another chip marked "708 303 GAMB" I believe is a voltage regulator but can't find anything on it.

FLIPSKY new 20s 100A tiny controller (vesc based)

The drivers are EG3112. The marking on what I think is the op amp is |18jd. What's left appears to be for the power supply section. There is a temperature sensor epoxied to the heatsink and labeled on the board as NTC.

FLIPSKY new 20s 100A tiny controller (vesc based)

Oh, yeah I think you are correct. That pin is labeled DIO so they must be SWDIO and SWCLK.

Got mine yesterday. I didn't find the ST interface exposed so if the existing firmware doesn't support downloading then some mods will be required.

It is telling you to use the v20.1C.1 Release instead of the .3-NEW release. There have been reports of damaged controllers using v20.1C.3-NEW with stock displays.
