10s Paralell packs charging / BMS solution

Hi guys,

i need help on this!

I have 2 10s 4.5Ah LIPO packs which i plan on putting together in parallel for a total of 9AH at 10s
I am looking to put together a charging solution where i can charge both packs simultaneously off the one charger, and is simple and reliable enough for everyday use.

This draws me towards using a BMS system, however from what i've seen everyone is using their BMS with packs in series. what should i use for charging these packs in a parallel configuration?

also note that i do plan on adding additional 10s 4.5Ah cells in parallel for more range

can someone save me the trouble and tell me how to do this and what to buy. or even point me in the direction of some useful resources

Would it be possible to wire up this unit with the balance leads in parallel:

then charge by directly wiring it up with a 300-500W 42v LED driver?

or is there additional electronics required between the charger and BMS?
