2019 Bafang Ultra Battery Voltage Compatability

Hello All,
I am in the market for a Bafang Ultra, and since Luna is out of stock, I was speaking with a Chinese vendor. They implied that the motor was only compatible with a 48v battery. I remember seeing there was something different in the 2019 model, but can't find the thread. Is it an issue? If it is an issue, is it only a matter of programming or is it a hardware issue?

I’m pretty sure it will work with 52v unless they changed something recently.

Bafang themselves say it's 52V compatible. And it is.
