Looks like a good job. :)

How well does it handle in whatever it's intended usage / riding style is?

I note your component lists says "stock" for several parts, but since this is a custom build, that is impossible. They could only be "stock" for a conversion from a "stock" model of some other bike. What do you mean by "stock" in this case?

Yes, it feels like common ninja 250, i want post speeding video, but i am afraid it is not allowed here.

Stock is using used parts of ninja 250 2008-2012

I dont' recall any rules against posting videos of your system in operation under any conditions.

Just updated my post, run test links added

Well I think your bike is cool :D

Well done :bigthumb:

Truly original (y)

Something it brings to mind though... you remember that 3d printed gun someone posted on the interwebs? I've no idea how to use stress analysis software but I'm guessing you do, it looks plenty up to the job. Have you tried lighting it up, LED's? Fxing Tron cycle :)
It's getting so easy to get things made up now, getting acrylic sheet cut and delivered to your door is often just a few clicks away, just imaging a raked out hardtail chopper with a lacework glowing pink frame! Scary.

Very cool bike, great work.
I would be very concerned about riding it though, acrylic is quite brittle and doesn't really like UV exposure either.
I definitely wouldn't dare hitting a pothole at 140km/h with this, especially after its been used a few years. But that's just my opinion.

Cool concept though, it looks great.

this is what diy is all about. This is simply amazing and shows what can be done. Lots of opinions on what they would do and what you shouldn’t do but this is unique and took real ingenuity and dedication. I wish more stuff like this was showcased in the US. It’s just all the same stuff over and over again. Love it man!

Welcome to Endless Sphere Friend!

So I am friends with you on Facebook and love to build Polycarconate bikes too! I just wanted to let you know who I was. I am Jean-Paul. This is my Endless Sphere user name, DogDipstick. I love building them with the clear and colored plastic! It is strong, hardy, long lasting, and makes a cool final product.

Here is the Super73 I did with black Polycarbonate. Yes, m it still has the original aluminum frame, butr the rest of the bodyworks and structure is all polycarbonate.

You have an awesome bike to be envied the world over.

😉
