First, to be sure we're helping you do the thing you want to do: what does your title of "any 200a continuous bms out there?" have to do with your stated problem oif "when I´m cahrging the pack battery voltage don´t reach 4.2v ..."? If you're only looking for a new BMS, I recommend posting the complete specifics of your requirements, and leaving it at that. If you're trying to troubleshoot a battery pack, then complete details about the pack, including links to the places parts were purchased (because they may have useful info to help us help you with), may help us help you fix it.

So, presuming you want to fix the pack, some questions to get enough info to help you:

Did the pack ever work correctly? If so, what happened between the time it worked and the time it did not?

What is your charger's voltage, current limit, etc?

What does the whole pack actually charge to?

What are the actual cell voltages? There should be a screen that shows you what all of them are on the same screen. There should also be a main screen page that shows the present condition of the pack in general and any warnings presently active.

What does the pack discharge to before shutdown?

Does it discharge at the expected current? If not, what is the actual load on it (if it's a vehicle, what terrain and wind/etc conditions are you riding it under and at what speed, and what kind of vehicle with what motor/controller/etc, more info is more helpful to figure out why it is not).

Regarding BMS settings:

Are you using Lithium Titanate cells? If not, then the first setting on PackParams should be changed to the kind of cells you have. Presently it says "Ti-Li-Ion", which is probably LiTi or Lithium titanate, a cell that uses much lower voltages than the typical lithium cells. You should probably check it's manual for the specifics of what this settings choices are and what they mean, in case this setting is not the right one for your cells.

If you *are* using LiTi cells, then you don't *want* them to be at 4.2v, as that would probably destroy them.

Next, how many series cells are there? The setting in the BMS says 20.

How many parallel cells are there?

Whether the rest of the settings are correct or not depends on which cells you are actually using.
