Asi bac red light won't turn on

Whats going on fellow electric bike enthusiasts. Im fairly new to this forum and recently created this account to aid my project bike. I've had 1 ebike and now I'm hooked. Im shooting for lil big ass numbers on 5* inclines such as road hills no dirt for this kid. I live along the marina coast and there's alot of mountains and hills on this end.

Any way I got me an 8000 controller for whatever reason ok (cus I got the darn money to do so :wink: ). Now I'm having a mental break down because I can not connect it to the bacdoor app. I did once and got to see my 52v battery info on my phone. (Pretty fuckin' dope if you ask me) but now that I try it won't turn on. I'll try and post pics if I can figure out how to shrink the size. I have all wires labeled and multimeter in my hand right now if anyone wants to tap in with me. POR FAVOR!!!! help.4.hyre

Im thinking of starting over with an Enduro frame. I recently came across the Typhoon style frames in those look pretty dope they almost remind me like a sur ron. I think it might be the Chain stay. Anywho... another rookie question. Which controller can (as is ability to push my requirements of 5kw total with 2 motors at 1k a piece not including the bbshd that I momentarily put away until I figure out the asi bac 8k
