Here is my electrical system http://www.thesuperkids.com/10wabmc36vor.html I hook everything up I turn on the power the LED lights up and then when I initiate the throttle.... nothing. Now the problem could be several places but I don't know where to poke around with my multimeter and I don't have any spare motors or controllers to swap out for testing what should I do?

90% of the time, or close to it, problems are a result of a bad connection. Often it's a plug, where a bent pin or a pin is pushed back out of the housing is not contacting. So look at all that stuff. Then look again, this time actually seeing it.
Tug on each wire, sometimes they push back when plugged in, but when you look, they are back in position, only to push back again when you plug it in. :x
After that, then the other common fault is the phase and halls wires are not in the right order. That shouldn't be an issue with a pre made kit. In a proper kit, the wires should all be matching colors on the plugs.
