Finally have it up and running.
For stage one which I done second..
I built a 14S 5P battery from NCR18650GA'S and a bestech power H167 BMS.
I did have a bit of difficulty with the BMS's, I brought 3 for the 3 batteries I have planned but 2 out of the 3 didn't work. Took awhile to figure that one out...

After I had the battery sorted I fitted the BBSHD, I needed to file about 1mm off the BB outside where the rear suspension pivot point is welded on. Other than that installation was relatively straight forward.

So I have it all up and running, just tidying up a few little things before i call it complete. Here is a little mod I added yesterday in my minimalism quest.
I still need to add an on/off switch, wired to one of the ebrakes or the LCD plug and get rid of the LCD.
