BY15WF01-A 48V controller help

I cannot find documentation on this controller but have been using this forum to help me get as far as I have. This is my first time wiring a controller.

I bought this off of amazon -

I built a 48v battery using 18650s and this BMS -

I have wired the power. Phase wires. Hall sensor. E-lock (jumper). Throttle. I had to move some wires around bc the obvious plug and play didn’t work.

The motor does run. I tested the signal to the hall sensors and all but one alternates voltage. The yellow and it stays at 4.7ish. I am not sure where to go from here. At this point it doesnt matter if I have the motor hall wires plugged in, right?

I am also not sure how the reverse works or if that has to be plugged in for the motor to start.

BMS only allows 20A?

If The yellow hall sensor wire stays at 4.7ish, then that hall sensor has failed and you must replace it. Did you connect 5V to the black and red wire, or did it come from the controller? It *could* be something wrong in the controller, raising the yellow line to 4.7 all the time. Try to connect 5V from a power supply to be sure.

So maybe 850W max able to be drawn from the pack.

Plus there's a ton of Amazon images showing the wiring, or are you referring to something else?

I believe I found the right phase configuration for the hall sensors but the motor cuts out. I have tried two batteries and attached a multimeter for you all to see. Is it still my phase/hall configuration or what should I troubleshoot? Here are two videos.

I'm sorry I'm unable to offer any advice other than have you considered purchasing the $10 motor controller tester from banggood or Ebay. I wanted to give you a link but I was unsuccessful.
