Choose a kit for create my new ebike

Hi there, right now i'm riding a rockrider mtb with a bafang bbs02 but i need more power so.. i'm asking you for an advice.
I was thinking to make an ebike with at least 2-3kw of power, if with a mid drive motor better, but if there aren't of this power i'll go with an hub. Important thing..the kit i will buy must have the pas as accelerator, not only hand handlebar thumb accelerator or whatever else on the handlebar.
Can you guys help me to choose a kit with these charateristics? i don't know any.

gonna need a big sprocket up front, to pedal 40 mph. I just find pedaling hard to do, if there is no resistance from the chain. It will work fine of course, to start going.

Nothing wrong with the pas on the kit,, I'm just saying once you get motorcycle power, you stop pedaling and start throttling.
