Controller for constant speed application

Hello

I am in desperate need of a controller that controlls the rpm of the motor at a given throttle input. I need reverse and regeneration. 56V and 2000W. I need it to try to maintain the rpm when the load changes. And if the load becomes negative I need it to regen in order to maintain speed.

I know most low price controllers work in this manner, but are there any quality ones that features everything I need?
