E-scooter battery failing.

I recently just replaced basically everything on my old E-scooter motor, ESC, and throttle. I have not replaced the battery because a new one is $100, but when I charged the 36-volt battery it only showed 33-35 and only charged to .3 Ah of the 7.5 it originally should charge to. The scooter also goes very slow and does not have much power. (2-5 MPH) Solution? Or should I spend the $100?

Spend $100 on a new battery, its wiser to spend more for more then you think you need.
