Effect on pedal assist given with wheel size change? Shimano E800

I was wondering if changing the wheel diameter in the controller on a Shimano E800 without actually changing the wheel size effect when or how much pedal assist is doled out, and if quits early?

I know about the speed, I just wondered about that other stuff. If it does, I’ll change it back to stock settings.

That’s a good question. I doubt it. With power run through a multi-geared bicycle drivetrain there’s no reason to alter the motor torque algorithm to account for wheel size, because the torque depends on the gear. A crank length parameter adjustment would be sensible, however.
