https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cjwQOuSI5-w i want those brakes on my evg global but im not sure if he made the bracket or if his model evg has them stock. i already have front disc but would like to also have rear disc.
Looks to me like the frame has a disk mount, but he has some kind of adapter on it, perhaps to use a larger rotor. That can help give the disk caliper more room sometimes.
This adapter has worked well on my EVG SX for 1000 miles so far. http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-MTB-Bicycle-Bike-Rear-Disc-Brake-Adapter-Kit-170mm-Black-/370996854961?pt=US_Brakes&hash=item566122c0b1
the 170mm kit was a centemeter or so too long. I had to remove the adjuster bar's lock nuts (I used thread locker once I got it installed and tested it out a bit) and I think i had to file a millimeter or two off the adjuster bar as well so it would fit correctly. they also sell a shorter one that might work without modification but I would guess that it would need to be adjusted out near to its limit. the length given (170MM vs 145MM) is the length of the adjuster rod it seems.
