Full throttle problems

Finally got te bike back together after it running successfully on a bench
Recently had a new battery bms
Hall sensors replaced in motor
Hub motor is a bmc battery is a 52v pack from em3ev with 30q cells
It worked fines for the first 100 feet then as soon as you hold it at full throttle its cuts out then start again after a second or so
It also sounds slightly rough the motor
Is it possible to have the phase combination wrong but it will still ride ?
Or if it's wrong does it lock up or spin backwards only.
Does this sound like a hall sensors gone again ?
I dont think it's a battery problem as it stays on and all lights remain.green
When it has been overloaded in.the past it switches off and flashes red
Going to test thevhalls now if it's not them then I'm stuck ive checked all connections

Update 1 hall sensor has gone witch is really annoying because I've just changed them what would cause them to go ?
Hoping its just a connections come loose in the motor
